Wild Usopp

Screenshot taken from One Piece. I don't remember exactly what episode, but it's from the Navarone G8 filler arc that occured right after the Skypiea arc.

Random Pokemon referrence...I had a better idea for this, but couldn't really make it work out the way I wanted...If I think of a better way, maybe I'll re-submit it...

And if I wanted to REALLY be clever...I suppose I could've edited the marine in the background into Ash Ketchum, or some other Pokemon Trainer...but I was lazy...Maybe later, maybe not.
